It was a surprise weekend for a friend and the staff were great and really friendly at check in, they upgraded our stay to the 4* hotel which was lovely. It was nice and quiet at the hotel and the room was clean and comfortable.
No fault of their own, but the spa wasn't available during our stay due to flooding, they did let us know in advance which was nice.
The breakfast was abit chaotic, alot of people crammed into the room with no air circulating or open windows. The breakfast was delicious though!

Absolutely nothing, on site parking would be nice though!

Clean and with good service. Staff was very nice. swimming pools are nice and new, with good size. Decent quality breakfast.
AC was weak, if any. Rooms are small. Massive proposition, good for families, may sometimes bother those who are alone.
