We liked the property very much. The restaurant staff was wonderful, especially the two gentlemen who waited on us at dinner and provided outstanding service and education regarding the food, the property, the wine… everything. A wonderful experience.
The spa hot tub was not hot enough. Was actually warm and very disappointing after a long day and the price we paid. The sauna, steam and shower were great. Not pleased when we arrived that the quad room I reserved was changed to one queen bed. The facility took it upon themselves to assume that two people in the party would only require one bed. In this case I specifically requested the quad room as I was traveling with my adult son and wanted these accommodations for the two of us. That truly disappointed me after selecting this and paying a higher price. The facility did come in and add a bed as we were at dinner but shouldn’t have had to ask. Upon check out there was no one who could assist with the check out process due to a language barrier. We had limited time to make a flight in Rome so this was an inconvenience causing unneeded stress to both people in the party until someone finally arrived to assist us. The reception office should be properly staffed at 8:30 in the morning to accommodate guests.

Relais impeccabile immerso nel verde.
Camere accoglienti, piscina stupenda e ottima colazione.
6 / 10Average·Nov 2025
