We stayed here for one night before our early morning flight from Palermo Airport.
The hotel feels quite old and dated and could benefit from renovation.
Our main disappointment was the parking situation. The area directly in front of the hotel was being used as paid parking, with a rate of €2 per hour. We were charged €18 for overnight parking, which we found expensive.
Although free parking spaces were available on the surrounding streets, we were approached by men asking for money to park there. This made us feel uncomfortable and concerned about leaving our car outside, particularly as we were travelling with a young child.
As a result, we felt we had little choice but to pay for the hotel's parking.
For a hotel of this size, we expected a more convenient and reassuring parking arrangement, especially for guests arriving by car.
Overall, the dated facilities and frustrating parking experience negatively affected our stay. Future guests travelling by car should take the additional parking costs into account.

The room size was very generous and the lobby as well. It had a secure parking which was important to us. The overall room and bed were comfortable.
The hotel is worn down - it needs an urgent renovation. Breakfast was good in terms of choices, quality average, the coffee was bad, and the seating configuration around table of 8-10 people you don't know made it awkward. It was rather far from the city center - but the bus stop was just in front of the hotel. The amenities in the bathroom were not 4stars, maybe 2-3* only. The sandwich at the bar was also poor.

Hotel was fine but not exceptional. Staff were generally helpful
Hotel was in a very poor area and a long way from the centre. We had to get buses and taxis at night as it felt very unsafe. The hotel accommodated coach tours and when you got to breakfast little food left which was not replenished Rooms were okay but in need of update
