We visited Sienna by car and found this hotel to be a great location to park, walk in and explore the town. Staff were friendly and good to deal with. Rooms have a nice view and the breakfast was good.

Staff was great and respectful. Rooms are simple but clean and comfortable. Also room space is great. Location is good.
Be aware there is no parking lot for the hotel.

Very large room with city views. Easily accessible and staff were helpful and informative.
Lacked a bit of something ?? It looks like it should be better than it is.
The walls and floors were paper thin, We could hear banging above and next door. If there was air conditioning I still haven’t found it, the room was roasting. Breakfast was fare.

The location is excellent
The pillow case was torn; the shelf under the sink was falling off the wall. The remote control for the air conditioner was broken. It is not easy to buy drinks and snacks during the day or evening.
