Beautiful small renovated hotel in a quiet neighborhood with plants of restaurants nearby.
Hotel facilities weren't what we expected. Hotel is nice, clean but doesn't have any offerings or staff besides the front desk and housekeeping in mornings only,

Clean, comfortable, and in a great location.
Free still and sparkling water in fridge, nespresso pods, and teas.
No hotel bar, cafe or restaurant.
Small lift - no obvious stairs (we were on 1st floor so would've probably been quicker to walk up/down stairs instead of waiting for lift).
Weird large seating area downstairs - could easily be re-purposed into something useful.

Hotel was nice and location quite good.
We got the room in which there was no window. So it was very dark ant it was quite humid. Additionally, we had to wait really long for warm water.

The location, it is close to major attractions in Rome. They are within walking distance.
The public area in the hotel looks decent with proper upkeeps.
The in-room facilities are dated and showing their age. As shown in the photos, the ventilation grille is in poor condition, and the shower base is cracked.
The air conditioning was inadequate, leaving the room feeling stuffy and humid.
The shower water was cold most of the time. I reported these issues to the front desk, but there was no proper follow-up and no improvement during the remainder of my stay.
