The room was exceptionally clean and the bed extremely comfortable. Breakfast options were good. Check-in was extremely quick and smooth. The porters in the lobby were very helpful as always, particularly Moussa. The sports bar, aside from being family friendly, is extremely inviting and provides a relaxing area to enjoy any major sporting events. The bar staff are knowledgeable and very friendly, especially Manesh; nothing is too much trouble.
I had no complaints and for me, at least, the facility met my expectations and delivered whatever was promised.
