Great stay! Lots to do for kids. The sauna was great and the reception was very responsive to our questions. Breakfast was great with lots of options. Dinner at the pizzeria really good. Nice exhibit nearby also enjoyable for kids.
It’s far from the centre of Innsbruck if you travel to and fro. You either pay a toll to use the A13 or take the road through the mountain which takes around 40 mins. Also the bed was two single beds put together which couldn’t be changed. Maybe with a kid sleeping with you should take the triple room. Would still choose the place for its amenities.

Excellent location, good food, great for families.
Bathroom was unclean and smelled strongly of stale urine. Bathrooms could use an update in general.
