I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Mousa from Reception for his excellent service, warm hospitality, and outstanding willingness to accommodate all our requests. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of smoothly, making our experience truly enjoyable. A special thank you as well to Bashar from Champions for his professionalism, attentive service, and dedication. His positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent service were truly appreciated. Both Mousa and Bashar made a real difference in our experience, and their efforts deserve recognition. Very Disappointing Experience – Far Below 5-Star Standards Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing and fell far below what one would expect from a 5-star resort. The overall maintenance and cleanliness standards were unacceptable. The rooms were poorly maintained and clearly not cleaned properly. There were mountains of dust behind the telephone, coffee stains on the floor, and dusty bathtubs. These are basic housekeeping issues that should never be overlooked at a resort claiming to offer a luxury experience. The cleanliness of the pools was equally concerning and further added to our disappointment. On the beach, the lifeguards were poorly attentive and always on his phone which raised concerns about the level of supervision and care provided to guests, and when asked about his name he gave a fake name. What made the experience even worse was the overall attitude of the staff, which often felt more like dealing with the police than being welcomed as guests at a luxury resort. Instead of feeling relaxed, comfortable, and well taken care of, we felt unwelcome and constantly disappointed. A 5-star resort should offer exceptional cleanliness, proper maintenance, attentive service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Sadly, this experience felt closer to visiting a crowded public beach than staying at a premium resort. This was a significant letdown, and management urgently needs to address the housekeeping standards, pool cleanliness, beach supervision, and staff attitude. The resort has a long way to go to deliver the quality of experience its 5-star rating promises.
