The rooms were clean
The Hotel was clean
The service was great
Thr Wifi was fantastic
The meeting rooms were nice and clean too
I also think that the windows could have been cleaner. I was on the 12th floor and the dirty mirror obstructed a great view.
The airport taxi experience was great. Communicated well, messaged me as I landed and early on the morning I was heading back to Lagos.
I think the food could have been a bit bettter. ( break fast/ lunch at channels )

Great staff, excellent breakfast and super clean and spacious rooms. Nothing to dislike really. I mean it really is a 5 star property. Everyone is always willing to go the extra mile to make you happy. Lencer and Sagar at the reception and Boniface, and Almira made us feel at home. Can't wait to go back.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The check in experience was quick and pleasant. I had the pleasure of having both breakfast and lunch at the hotel for every day during my stay and the food did not disappoint. Despite being on a main road, the property was quiet and my rest was never disturbed.
The rooms need to be updated and renovated, especially the bathrooms. There was a noticeable sewage odor from the bathroom and in the hallways that dampened my stay.
While the staff were lovely overall, housekeeping management could be better. The room was perfectly cleaned on some days and barely others, with the sink and bathroom left uncleaned and the carpet not vacuumed, dirty glasses left unpicked and not replaced which was disappointing. Housekeeping management rang me insistently during my do not disturb hours but ignored my requests to clean the room when I did call. There was some uncourteous language from the housekeeping line. Other calls were more polite but my request for laundry pick up were still ignored.
