It is close to Brandenburg Gate and Platz der Republik for the BMW Berlin Marathon, the walk to train station is very short.
Their breakfast is fine too.
The hotel is fine. Its during the marathon so the price is really too much for what you get. The toilet is really basic and needs a re-do. Hope the hotel does it.

Location near a metro station, quite convenient connections to the airport. Nice furniture in the ground floor facilities. Quiet room.
Coffee / no fresh milk (or oat milk) availbale. No free wifi. Indeed the bathroom had signs of wear (but fortunately clean) ; however, this was taken into account in the room price, I suppose. The electricity socket could be next to the bed (for charging the phone).
