Wifi is friendly. The mini shuttle vans are good connection to MTR stations.
I was bitten by bed bugs in the first week, They offered to change my room. The view in the new room is excellent. But I still got bitten by bed bugs the first couple of nights after the move.

Access to 7/11 ,cafe de coral and the delicious food served at the restaurant right across cafe de coral. The scenic view around the hotel and the easy access to the malls by bus like citygate and naritime square. Also there are some residents who are very helpful.
Not being able to swim nor allowed to have a picture taken at the pool which was one of its highlight.
