We were upgrades to a suite on arrival. Suite was lovely and well presented. Filtered tap in the bathroom. Robes/slippers were a great addition. Breakfast was probably one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had and included something for everyone! The man seeing people into breakfast was lovely.

The location
The smell in the rooms. Staff entering my room when the do not disturb light is on. The lack of plugs by the bed. Damp feeling in the room.
