It was as described - reasonably priced, very comfortable beds and very clean. We have family nearby and will be back.
Room was compact, but as described, so no complaints.

Location for racing , surrounding area and cost.
Size of room and bathroom, shower cubicle very small.
7 / 10Good·Oct 2026
Great location for walking to Horse racing. Not too expensive to get Uber to and fro.
Short walk to little town square, lovely market on Saturday morning.
Breakfast room , very poor stock control, had to ask for spoons, water and butter, scrambled eggs were grey, some tables broken,
Lady shouted at guests who did nt understand system, insisted we ate off a tray, felt like a very poor school canteen.
Nowhere to hang any clothes in bedroom, even a hook would have been better.

The location was perfect
The rooms were tiny, the bathroom even smaller, breakfast was terrible. The coffee from the machine was not drinkable.
