The location & the gated secure parking. The staff were very nice & friendly & helpful. The rooms were clean & basic . Excellent shower power ++

Bit of a musty smell in the bedroom when you arrived first after all widows open that was ok . Reception area very cluttered with seats - these small things corrected would make a huge positive impact.

Location is just on the edge of the town so great for exploring Bergerac on foot. The pool area, though slightly dated, looks like it would be a welcome feature during warmer months. The bathroom was very nice.

View from our window was miserable, the walls of the bedroom were visibly dusty (???!?) Bathroom towels too small.
