Friendly and helpful staff. We did not eat in the hotel restaurant but it seemed popular with other guests. Limited eating options in town on a Tuesday night in October so a good fallback to have.

Good location. Room overlooked the river.
I found Ducey rather shut down with not a lot of character. Only one bar open in whole town and found it difficult to find somewhere to eat in the evening.

Ideally located for attractions, lovely village and riverside location. Staff very helpful when suggesting places to eat out when restaurant closed. Good team.
Flies on open food at breakfast, no covers to protect open food. Room safe not working. Room needed maintenance i.e. loose bathroom mirror, shower rail loose that holds shower head, loose towel rail. Restaurant not available at weekends, not aware of this when booking. Bed not very comfortable, mattress had seen better days. Not up to British Best Western standards, this is constructive criticism.
