Very nice and spacious room with harbour view. Was quiet and room well equipped. Hotel staff all very friendly and helpful. Excellent location, very close to MTR and buses so very easy to get around. Decent gym and swimming pool and some nice restaurants, with spectacular views from 41st Floor bar/restaurant

Breakfast was excellent during the week, although service was more restricted at the weekend!
Great service on the Club floor area, but as usual the food could be varied instead of the same for the last 5 years (I say it every time)
Swimming pool was awful, as hardly any sun loungers. They expect you to lounge on seats instead and very few.
As usual, noisy door closing/slamming. Even the cleaners/staff leave the doors to slam shut!

Location is good within short walk of Fortress Hill station.. Staff are generally good and helpful.
Lack of lifts access security - anyone can press a button to your floor.
No water, toothbrushes etc are provided in the name of the environment -other hotels do.
Our 'harbour view' room has a small window looking out to a narrow strip of 'harbour view' flanked by commercial buildings on both sides, making the room dark and gloomy even at midday.
The shower, bathtub, taps also have weird arrangement to be experienced.
