Hotel was welcoming, clean, check in was easy. Room was very nice. Bed was comfortable.
Breakfast buffet was comprehensive.
Room lighting could have been stronger. Like many hotels they have subdued lighting. Often making it difficult to read. Bedside lights did not angle or rotate so were useless as reading lights.

Location was central on the edge of the historic town and near both bus and rail stations.

Check in was easy. The receptionist was friendly. The location was excellent - right in the middle of the city centre and very close to a wonderful park, shops and restaurants. Security was good. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was cleaned daily. The buffet breakfast was good.
The double room was very small and the bathroom was tiny and a little dingy. The shower tray leaked and the lighting could definately be improved upon. Check the size of the rooms before booking as they are very small.
