The view, balcony, and the bathroom products. The bed was dreamy to sleep on.
The snacks on the cabinet were a bit dusty, no room service details, only a barcode to scan. I prefer a hard copy. No biggie though.

Everything was as expected
Nothing really

The room was comfortable, the atmosphere was good.
We found the staff to less responsive than other QT Hotels at which we have stayed in Australia. When we arrived no conceirge present. The check in was functional but did not make up welcome. The staff in the Hippo restaurant for breakfast seemed preoccupied and the food selection was very limited.
