Loved this beautiful art deco hotel. The public areas and breakfast room look amazing and you will adore the original lift. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is perfect for accessing the town and transport links
Room was large and comfortable but a little shabby and in need of a bit of redecoration, better bedside lights and above all, updated charging points.

Amazing location in the heart of Coimbra. A very spacious room with river views. A very nice breakfast. I love the art deco spirit all over the hotel. Very vintage.

Incredible service from all the staff, our room was perfect - we were given a romantic room as it was our honeymoon and it was stunning, incredible views, comfy bed. Felt really special, we love the building - stunning art deco style throughout. So beautiful. Breakfast was great in the grand dining room. Loved every second of it.

Great view.
Centrally located.
Good transport connections.
Room had dust on the floor.
I had to ask for a kettle and some tea bags.
The first day they gave me a flask of hot water, tea bags, and a cup and saucer.
The second day they gave me a kettle and tea bags: no cup and saucer!
The washbasin in the washroom was leaking constantly.
