Our room was very nice. I liked the breakfast buffet a lot. Unlimited fresh orange juice and lots of choice. The choice of desserts and vegetables was also quite diverse and changed daily.
Overall, the location is quite good - kind of in the middle of the Algarve coast. The only drawback is that I would recommend renting a car if staying here.
I would like to emphasise how satisfied I am with the accommodation's customer service. All of the staff were exceptionally friendly and always there for us if we needed anything.
Nothing.

The resort is well maintained and has lovely gardens. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.

Loved the suite, beds were comfortable
Breakfast was very nice.
Gardens are nice,
No Seranata restaurant open.!
No bar open , no proper adult entertainment
People in pool after time allocated, had to sit eating evening meal whilst people swimming, & shouting.
Bad enough , that the food, in our opinion , was awful in the evening, meaning we went elsewhere to eat for 5 days.
Pools seem as if they need an upgrade, sunloungers were filthy., shadesails were disgusting.
Pond & stream need to be cleaned and aerated to remove algea.
On the whole a very disappointing stay, stayed on numerous occasions previously over many years and this is this worst experience.
