Very nice large room with balcony overlooking the river.
Restaurant was a buffet with only one main to choose from which wasn’t particularly tasty.
Stayed for business so wanted to iron a shirt for meeting the next day but was told that “they did not do irons”. I have never stayed in a hotel that could not a least supply an iron.

Good Hospitality with good services
The room is too dark and the hairdryer cannot last for 1 mins, it needs time to reset once goes too hot

The Spa.
My daughter and mother were both bitten by bedbugs. The air conditioning didn’t work in my room. The cleaners didn’t clean properly as there was always dust everywhere. The sheets were not changed regularly. Breakfast was a little disappointing as nothing hot for vegetarians. No where to dry wet clothes. No iron or iron board in the rooms.
