Upgraded room. Hear about it but never happens. I’m an IHG member. It’s well worth applying for the membership

Room size was good. Ample space for luggage.
The bathroom fan was not working. The one bedside light was not working. The room was not that clean. Needs a hoover. Bedding had stains on it. Bathroom door had smudges on it

Everything about the hotel speaks affordable luxury. The staff Dominic was very helpful in getting my daughter and I checked in after our flight was canceled. The early check in arrangements meant a lot to us since we had to spend the night at the airport
Everything was perfect except that I didn’t sight a bellman onsite. I had to move our bags (6 bags in total) to the room on the 4th floor myself, fortunately the lift worked 😅 but a little help from staff could have gone a long way

it was okay but not greats
breakfast variety, room size etc. and other facilities such as cloak room facilities could have been better
