Location excellent. Lovely street of heritage buildings. Hotel nice atmosphere. Liked the breakfast options and good service. Seating outside.
The reception closes early which is a little inconvenient.

Great central location with easy access to restaurants. Shops and getting to and from the airport. Lovely old building in a quieter part of the eastern suburbs. Big room.
It is looking very worn down with peeling furniture, chipped sink, paint peeling on walls and a damp smell. The carpet in the room and hallway is pretty threadbare. I think it once would have been 4 star but definitely no more than 2 star now.
