The welcome from reception when we arrived. The attention from the staff at breakfast. The chocolates in the room and the flask of fresh milk for coffee in the room.

Location and easy access to Lancaster City centre .
Whilst it clear to see it has been refurbished the window in the room required further attention.

Easy check in. Gorgeous room with good quality products in the bathroom. Quality tea and coffee and chocolates. Staff extremely helpful. Excellent breakfast.

Small bedroom in an inn-type establishment. Check-in at dedicated desk near the bar area. Pleasant staff. Nice cooked breakfast, though continental breakfast was very limited. Poor set up for breakfast dining --- very cramped!
At £149 per night, very expensive for what it is. Not a lot of decent accommodation stock in Lancaster city centre, hence the price. I paid for two rooms, so nigh on £300 for one night for two people --- would not do that again!
