This adults only location was exactly what I wanted and needed. The pool was a quiet zone where we adults could sit by the poolside and read...in silence. No splashing or screaming. It's located near the beach so was an easy walk. Also situated nicely on the main street so could easily get to the shops and walk to the sunset. Highly highly recommend.
The location is not accessible in terms of the number of stairs; however, there are ground floor rooms that may be more accessible, so I would encourage you to reach out if you need accessibility. There is a step into the room so wheelchairs will need to be made aware. There are ramps and such - just not sure if there is a step into the ground floor rooms.

Reception has friendly staff. The apartment was well laid out, with great facilities. The pool is a tranquil and cool to escape from the heat of Port Douglas. Underground on-site parking was great to keep the car cool. Chairs are avaliable to take to the beach and there is a BBQ, refrigerated filtered water on tap in the communal area. Location is great with only a very short walk to 4 mile beach or into town.
