The pools and size of the rooms / living area and patios
Booked for 5, but only had 2 bedrooms and lounge
No privacy locks on bathroom and toilet ( understand this as the issues you get with them )

Room was spacious and clean, facilities were fantastic, close to everything.
Our keys were meant to be in the lock box when we arrived and they weren't. We then had to wait for the receptionist to unlock the office and obtain keys as we arrived after hours on a Saturday. Gym and sauna were closed during our stay.

Very large and spacious apartments. Our children loved the pools and tennis court.
Having to lug heavy suitcases up stairs. There are only sheets in the beds and no quilts or blankets other than a thin blanket in each room (not enough for the number of beds. The sliding doors to the large spacious balcony did not lock. Very few pots to cook with in the kitchen and the stove exhaust fan and light didn’t work.

Location was good, the security and resort facilities were excellent.
Furniture was quite dated and poor quality, marks on the bed sheets and an old used soap was left in the shower, making me wonder if the shower had been cleaned since the last guest 🤮
