Quick and efficient check in - helpful staff who explained about car parking charges and booked us a table for the evening. Room was standard but bedding was crisp and white which was good. Great location if you're flying from Stansted. The Restaurant was lovely and all the staff there super helpful and welcoming. The food wasn't great sadly - stick to the pizza's, you can't get much wrong with them
We were on the ground floor and the room smelled a little damp. It was a long trek from reception to our room - we were right at the back. It was all ok, we were only sleeping there for approx 5 hours as we had an early flight

Very comfy beds and easy check in service to join my guest. Loved the Rituals products in the bathroom and a comfortable, clean room.
I didn't like that the airport shuttle service was charged - £4 each way for a 7 min journey. For the price of the hotel, this should be complimentary in my opinion.

Airport shuttle dropped me outside the main entrance, which was perfect when it rained. Breakfast was delicious, bed was comfortable.
No coat hook in the room so I had to hang my coat in the wardrobe. I’d have liked at least one hook on the back of the door.

Nothing much
Very tired, food wasn’t great, rooms badly need a refurb and parking was difficult
