Location is excellent its close to the high street, coach station. Friendly staff
No lift, had to carry suitcase up stairs .

Location, price, clean, as good as a chain hotel at a fraction of the price.
The receptionist wasn't very cheerful. Made me feel like an inconvenience.
No lift so not suitable for wheelchair users.

1) The location is excellent for access to the railway station, the bus depot and the ferries. All are within easy walking distance: railway station, 200 metres; bus depot, 150 metres; NorthLink Ferry Terminal, 800 metres;
2) Plenty of public transportation is outside the main entrance;
3) The building exterior looks old, however, the interior has been upgraded;
4) The place was spotless during my visit.
There is no 24 hour front desk; however, I was able to reach a staff member when needed. (I'm sure this is one of the reasons for the great price of a room.)

Convenient location and great for a quick overnight. Good price and value. I would stay here again, but in a different room.
I was in room 203, and the window didn’t close entirely so I heard the bars spilling out all night long. And this room, though maybe not all rooms, was definitely half the size as what was advertised. Also had a gnarly smell coming through the bathroom several times during my stay. Likely smokers below

"The lady at reception was lovely. She sorted out an ironing board and iron for me and took it to my room which was on the 3rd floor. She also gave me an upgrade to a double room from my original singl..."
