It was a nice atmosphere staff were friendly room was nice and location good.
Breakfast wasn’t too good. Lift wasn’t working.

Location is excellent and the hotel is good value for money.
We had actually all booked balcony rooms but not all of our party (5 in total) received that. On room on the first room the shower from above leaked into the bathroom. This was reported but not actioned.
We had issues checking out when told that, despite us prepaying for all rooms and only having to pay city tax on departure that 2 rooms were still to be paid in full.
