Location was good. Room shower area clean. Not too noisy
Room rather small. Difficult to squeeze through to one side of bed. Small area with desk two chairs and wardrobe but no space at all to move past chairs to wardrobe and nowhere to move spare chair to!

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was convenient and very close to both the metro and tram. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They even allowed us to keep our stroller in the restaurant area and were happy for us to eat food we had purchased from another restaurant there, which was especially convenient while traveling with a toddler.
The room was a decent size, although since it faced the main road, there was quite a bit of outside noise. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay, and we really appreciated the hospitality.

Good location - close to the metro which was perfect for my stay. The rooms are average - nothing fancy but nothing awful. Exactly what I expected given what I had paid.
Unfortunately the room above was playing loud music at 1130pm. I complained at the front desk and credit to the night shift manager, he went straight up and the music was shut off straight away. Unfortunately I was woken up again at 430am by the same people playing music again. Once again I went down to reception and he took care of it immediately. I can’t fault the staff, and I’m thankful he was so diligent and attentive. But it’s a shame the rooms are not better sound insulated. I do understand that these are old Dutch buildings so there is only so much they can do. But certainly something to be aware of when booking.
