The staff was very helpful, kind, always experienced a positive interaction. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered excellent variety, and the restaurant/bar quality was reasonable. The resort is surrounded by nature, taking the provided bicycle or walking around offers an enjoyable alternative to proper hiking in the park.
The location is beautiful, but access to the national park/nature is not straightforward for guests who arrived without an own vehicle; some (excellently guided) tours are offered at extra cost that offer short excursions (approx. 2 hours).

Excellent hotel, with excellent staff. We got married at the French Ruins and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. Will definitely be returning.

The staff, pool, location.
The restaurant for the western option was strange. The tables were coffee tables so eating was difficult.
