Very nicely appointed room, with a beautifully tiled bathroom. Very good breakfast. Family run, and it was clear that they cared a great deal fit the property and their guests.
The air conditioning did not turn on easily before the evening.

Clean, comfortable hotel in a quiet neighborhood. It's a short walk (up and down hills), very convenient to all of the important sites within Selcuk, such as the Temple of Artemis ruins, the Basilica of St. John, and the archaeology museum (although Selcuk is a small city and everything is convenient to everything else within the city) (this only refers to the sites within Selcuk and does not include Ephesus and the Virgin Mary house which are too far to walk). The staff was very friendly and very helpful, with coffee, tea and cake available throughout the day. There are plenty of seating areas to relax throughout the hotel, so if you want to sit down and relax, you are not limited to your room.
There was a plumbing issue with my room (limited to my room) that the hotel was working to correct. I think this was a one-time issue and not a comment on the hotel as a whole, but I'm being asked to list what I didn't like. Breakfast buffet options were a little limited if you are a true carnivore, although they do have an extensive list of options for made-to-order eggs if you like eggs in the morning.

Very clean and comfortable with a lot of charm and hospitality. The breakfast was also excellent! The staff were so warm and welcoming too, and it’s very well located!

It was cozy, the rooms were very large and comfortable and we fell in love with the decor. The pool area was quiet and calm and a pleasure to sit near. The breakfast space was also very charming. We loved everything and especially the owner and managing partner.
There was nothing to not like.
