Modern building very near the Oriente Train Station and the Metro.
It didn’t bother me, but my wife did not like having to use multiple lifts to get to the apartment.

Location and view are amazing. Easy to travel by any vehicle - airplane, bus, train, car. Very easy access to all Parque de Nacoes locations and facilities
Fit out is 15+ years old, as well as the furniture in the living room. apartment layout is weird - small and narrow living room, and the same size kitchen next to it. Two small bedrooms. During our stay (Saturday to Sunday) it was very noisy up till 1:00 AM - disco and traffic, and there was only one air conditioning unit (movable) for all premises.
