The young lady at the front desk was very helpful, and very nice! Stephanie and the breakfast room was also very helpful, and kept the kitchen stopped and very clean, we appreciate that
Maybe a coffee pot in the room, but there was coffee available 24 hours if you wanted to go to the breakfast Lounge

The breakfast was very good! More options than we’ve experienced in the past.
There was no lighting above the suitcase area.
The air conditioner unit was not adjustable.

Fantadtic location. Room 423 has a brilliant view of London Bridge.
Nothing.

The breakfast was good.
There was a spider that came out from the sink. We stayed for 2 nights. I did not expect that.
