kitchen, bathrooms, lounge facilities which was very nice.
Hot water and nice shower.
Messages tell you all info- make sure you check what the code is to enter the front door and your own room.
Fine stay in itself, has everything you need and basic beds but its not worth it if you dont have a car.
YOU NEED A CAR TO STAY HERE! with a car i understand you'd probably have a better experience but it is very unnaccessable otherwise, the closest bus stop is a 30 minute walk away with no footpath.. only writing this at the top as it's the most important part id say.
There were basically no staff around.
Quite a lot of spiders-however i understand it's a farm property but you can tell its not really dealt with.

Friendly and helpful staff. Pleasant farm free for guests next door. Easy to find. Large living room to share.
Door locks were a bit hit and miss. Sometimes it wouldn’t unlock. Other times it will open easy. The door had been forced by previous guests so may be reason it’s playing up. Very basic room. But adequate. Bunk beds very creaky and noisy. Even the kids turning over could wake us up with the noise of the beds.

The farm garden is really good
The bathroom. When showering, the water could not got into the drainage well and spreading to everywhere inside the bathroom and toilet. So really mess
