Location - clean and proper high standard. Extra wishes were quickly accommodated. Very nice pool and good gym
An extra rack or coat hanger behind the door would have been nice

Excellent, attentive service. Rooms are clean, comfortable and as described. Staff are friendly and always ready to help. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that are looking to stay in Shanghai. I certainly will be back.
The only thing I would have liked there to be is a clothes washing service.

Like the general environment and is clean.
A bit far away from the metro station.

Location of the Hotel
Breakfast is so poor with no variety at all.
No hospitality from all staff members specially buffet staff, they never smile and rude.
