A room in the perfect location for my trip, close to Oxford, for a reasonable price. The staff was accommodating, I had a good place to keep my bicycle. The adjoining pub had a nice atmosphere and good food to spend a pleasant evening.
The stay fully met my expectations; The room is small, and the village is small with not much going on, but you know that when you book.

the staff were fantastic and very helpful , the main menu was really good ,the piece below is a little harsh so i did say not to bother to much as i am gluten intolerant and did not want to make a fuss
the breakfast was a buffet set in the room which for my wife was fine , but for me not so, less than 50 yrds away is a convenience store so this was no problem a small orange juice and a piece of cheese would do, but i feel i am being pedantic as the place is so so so good

Good parking, friendly staff, quiet, not too expensive.
The most uncomfortable bed/s (2 singles pushed together) and awful pillows. I was exhausted after a long drive and day in the office. I went to bed early but couldn’t sleep as the bed was so lumpy and uncomfortable. Frustrating. I should have stayed in the Premier Inn - more expensive but at least I probably would have slept ok.
