It was clean and easy to access from I35. Also close to the football field at Texas State and my grandsons apratment.
There was no one to greet us at the desk when we arrived, another guest passed by and I guess noticed my irritation from standing there for 5 minutes and he said, "oh she is around here somewhere, it takes a minute sometimes." I had even stepped around the corner to see if someone was in the back-office area. Nope! The bed pillows were horrible, no support at all. We all noticed that. My juice glass had a chip in the rim. I traveled a lot with work before I retired and stayed at Hilton Garden Hotels all the time. I never had any issues. I think the General Manager needs to check up on some of these areas.

Location was wonderful. We were close to Wimberley, the outlet malls, campus and lots of food options. The staff had the BEST suggestions on where to go to eat. Parking was easy. Facilities were clean. Great spot and would stay here again. Easy access off the feeder.

Good breakfast, nice staff, excellent location.
Bathroom had some hair on floor, in my towel and on toilet seat. Bar didn’t open till 5 PM🙃

Clean and well staffed.
Poor location in relationship to downtown. No vents in bathrooms, major turn off. Did not want to provide complementary breakfast even though it was stated as being provided in the booking agreement. Had to provide an additional $50.00 payment at check in, what was that about? If my payment had not been unrefundable I would have cancelled my reservation and found another location for my stay.
