Staff were so helpful and friendly, we are very grateful for this

The people assisting behind the desk were extremely helpful when our ferry got cancelled less than 12 hours before due. It was very reassuring to have someone to speak Italian for us to relay information thank you

The stove has no instructions and stopped cooking our meal halfway through later at night. No one available at this time to consult so our dinner was wasted and we also had to get takeaway. Left early next morning for our tour 0700hrs and then our problem became our ferry cancellation.. so stove stayed locked throughout our stay. A laminated instruction sheet on stovetop operation wouldn’t go astray 😊
