So calm and quiet. No entertainment it was like an oasis. Large rooms . No sunbed wars. Loverly plants and trees add to the feeling of calm and privacy. Great food . Upgraded to half board with wine and beer included - easy choice. Few children. We loved it.
Air con only in the lounge would be tough if you had someone on the sofa but ok for two.
Shower flooded a few times reception came out quickly to resolve it.
Shame no Netflix access but even Princess Yaiza doesn’t have that only Mynd Yaiza .

Great size of apartments
Pool was fantastic
Shop on site is very handy
Very very clean
Good location
A little more lighting at night time for the area where our apartments was beside the football court would be nice
A bit of entertainment would be nice in the bar area to create an atmosphere

Good air conditioning in the room and a decent shower.
Room cleaned 6x a week which is good.
Not a bad supermarket on site.
The word “Entertainment” should not be acquainted to this hotel as it doesn’t exist. UK families with young children are better off at Haven or to book a holiday village if deciding to go abroad.
Very happy I didn’t pay for all inclusive because the food quality and lack of choice was below average. I thought I’d give it a chance and try the food, only to be charged an eye watering €48 for 2 adults! When I booked via Booking.com it stated €12 pp on their website!
