This property is great. Great location, great property owner and good communication with him. If I’m back in the area, I will definitely book from him again..

Host was very attentive. He allowed us to drop our stuff off early. There were electricity outages and he arrived very quickly with flash lights etc to use. Very nice host. Place was clean and well equipped. It’s quite out dated if that’s important to you. It was fine for us

Perfectly sized place for the two of us on a golf trip. Close to Bayonet and Blackhorse GC and 15 minutes drive away from Monterey. Off street parking a real bonus and candy on arrival was a nice touch.

Pavil was a great host and answered all of questions and even helped us with getting a toaster so my dad could have his English muffin! :) This was a perfect place for us to use as home base while we celebrated my sons graduation.
