The house is really big and had room for all 15 of our guests and 3 dogs. The backyard area was spacious as well. The game room upstairs kept the kids entertained for hours. The kitchen was spacious and everything was in good shape. The listing was very accurate to what we saw. The only issue we had was a mouse that hung out in the kitchen for most of an afternoon. He watched us from under the fridge. We contacted the host about this and never heard back. There was a shower curtain that was far past its lifespan. The staircase is also a bit hazardous when not well lit. Several people stumbled on the middle steps and got some bumps and skinned ankles. Otherwise, it was all very clean and in good shape. Checkout was easy.

Beautiful home, kitchen well equipped, clean, nice peaceful surroundings, 10 minute drive to a beach. We've rented several homes for our annual family of 10 get togethers and this was our favorite. The sunny deck was enjoyed by all with the rocking chairs, BBQ and hot tub. Definitely recommended!

The house was great Everything was clean consideration for improvement would be the large rocks around the decking that serve at steps, they were tough to manage for older people.
