The exterior and stairwell for the building were disgusting and the host refused to work with me. Bathroom door jammed w

The interior was cute and fairly clean

The listing came up when I searched for a 2 bedroom and the title says 4 pers. When I got there I couldn’t get in and had to reach out to one of the neighbors via the doorbell because the host wouldn’t answer. Then, when I saw it was 1 bedroom and contacted the host who ignored my messaging so my friend stayed there and I incurred an extra cost of 80€ that I wasn’t planning for. The neighbor who let me in confirmed that others have had the same issue here thinking it was 2 bedrooms and only being provided one. It seems to be very intentional. I also didn’t find a place to stay for myself until 3 am.

The Christmas city was beautiful and I will probably come back for a longer holiday.

Accommodation near main station and city center. Easy to find location. Spacious room with kitchen and private bathroom, very private and comfortable.

The door with the password lock took a lot of time to find a way to open, because I was not clearly explained how to open and write the code. There is no elevator so it is a bit inconvenient if you have a lot of luggage. The TV screen is broken but you can still access Netflix, YouTube, etc. if you have a login account. The noise cancellation is quite poor, you can easily hear the sounds of the surrounding rooms. I stayed there for a night and had a pretty scary experience, at 3am there were loud footsteps and the sound of the door being pushed open, in addition there was a man's voice on the phone. The sound of the door being pushed open and closed very loudly made us very worried and thought someone wanted to break in. After that, the sound of the door being unlocked and strange noises continued until after 5am. We were very scared, had to check the door lock many times and even intended to call the police in the worst case. It was a sleepless night, but luckily nothing bad happened and we were safe. Until now I still don’t know who or where the noise came from, but it is quite dangerous for a motel without a manager on duty. I want to share so that other guests know and the motel owner can consider and change for the better.

L'appartement n'etait pas particuliement propre. Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas. Les serviettes etaient neuves mais non lavées. Nous avions pleins de peluche noire. Les draps avaient des taches de rouges aux lèvres à notre arrivé.

La proximité avec la gare ferroviaire était super, la chambre était agréable, lumineuse et propre, contrairement à la salle de bain.

L'entretien de la douche était moyen, joints de la porte jaunis par le calcaire et à divers endroits du carrelage, surtout sur les coins. Plafonnier de la salle bain hors service, seule la lumière du miroir rétro-éclairant fonctionnait.
