Ideally located for our needs: twenty minute walk into the centre of Leamington and free parking right outside. Very comfortable beds, good living space to relax in and handy kitchen. Lovely natural light. Decent shower and good sized towels always make a difference!
Would have loved a Nespresso machine for a morning brew! We were fine with all the stairs, others might find it tricky.

The apartment has a quirky vibe and was lovely and warm. The little extras meant a lot, the hairdryer in each room, the ironing board, the dishwasher tablets, oil and salt and pepper. The fireplace was lovely, too.
The bed didn’t suit us and we both woke up stiff, but it may have been that we are used to a mattress or that we slept in the room that it was two singles pushed together. The stairwell needed a good hoover.

Very clean and nicely furnished.
A lot of stairs up to the apartment! Would have also been handy if there had been some shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided.

Good location and decent facilities
No instructions for sofa bed, no cover on the duvet for sofa bed, no sheet for sofa bed. Sofa bed had to be hoovered to pick up all the dirt and crumbs before being slept on. 4 adults staying but only enough towels for 2. Strong smell of sewage in the en-suite bathroom.
