DANGEROUS & TRAUMATIZING: Ruined our honeymoon. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Nothing i liked

Title: DANGEROUS & TRAUMATIZING: Ruined our honeymoon. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! If I could give zero stars, I would. We booked Kampi Villas for our honeymoon, hoping for a peaceful getaway, but it turned into an absolute nightmare. This property is fundamentally unsafe and completely overrun by wild animals. Huge groups of aggressive monkeys have taken over the property. They invaded our private terrace and the main swimming pool, making it terrifying to even step outside our room without the fear of being attacked. We were essentially trapped. Inside the villa was just as horrifying—we found a massive, 20+ cm lizard hanging directly above the toilet in our bathroom. My wife suffered severe panic attacks, and our honeymoon was completely destroyed. The absolute worst part of this experience was the management. When we reported these severe safety hazards, the reception manager was hostile, dismissive, and refused any refund. They had the audacity to tell us that active monkey infestations and giant reptiles in the bathroom are 'normal.' Their only 'solution' was offering us a cup of afternoon tea and a room swap in the exact same infested hotel. We were not the only ones—we literally watched other guests pack their bags and flee the property for the exact same reason. We were forced to abandon our reservation and leave the city entirely just to find safety. Do yourself a favor and do not book this place. The management does not care about your safety, and they will refuse to help you when things go wrong. Stay far away!

Awesome quiet Vila and staff are great

That I had to leave the dog that adopted us and came and cuddled me every night she stopped going home(we were told by owner that the alpha female at the house didn’t like her and would beat her up) (it also did it hurt that on day one I gave her some waygu beef ) and would be waiting for me to return each day her name was Queenie I miss her she’s was the highlight of our stay!
