Charming apartment (100m2) on the ground floor, direct access to the residence's terrace with private garden and parking. (Located in an old Castel Treaz hotel).
For 4 people.
Location enjoying a magnificent view of the sea and the Isle of Groix. The gardens and parking are Private. Living / Dining room facing south with sea view. Two bedrooms: main bedroom facing south with sea view; garden side bedroom. Bathroom / WC with Italian shower. Fully equipped kitchen.
Garden with sun loungers, armchairs, table and parasols, BBQ.
Terrace with chairs, table and parasol.

Charming apartment, well equipped in great location. Great bonus to have a parking space so close to the centre of Le Pouldu. Host responded to texts via VRBO quickly. Lovely terrace view, across what was a pretty quiet one way road into the village to the sea. Turned out it was below Gaugin's studio too if you like art. We enjoyed the atmospheric furnishings and paintings. Kitchen, modern and well equipped, and basics provided (only three dishwasher tablets for a week seemed unduly mean, however). Bakery and epicierie in village in season was helpful.
