Everything was clean, the cabin was absolutely lovely, towels and mini toiletries were set up nicely! It was a huge bummer that there was no snow and no water in the jacuzzi to use but overall was a great stay

Absolutely amazing! We loved the Den and had great service. We ended up staying an extra day, since they made it so easy. We will definitely be coming back.

My family and I had a perfect little getaway weekend! We stayed at the Brown Bears Den Condo. It was a nice, quiet, relaxing retreat. The cabin was clean, cozy, it just felt like home. It was a 3 bedroom and 2 bath. My husband I slept in the master bedroom, the bed was a queen, and was very comfortable. My aunt and her husband slept in the second room, which had a full. My other aunt and grandfather slept in the 3rd room which had bunk beds. And my mom slept on the pull out bed in the living room. The cabin had all the necessities we needed, like plates, cups, utensils, pots, and pans. There was a TV in every room and wifi. The heating system worked great, especially in 17 degree weather. It was about 10 minutes away from all the shopping and restaurants. There were a lot of nearby areas where we can enjoy all the snow. We ate at the Hacienda Grill, delicious authentic Mexican food. We all enjoyed the cabin very much. I would definitely recommend Big Bear Cool Cabins, great price, great cabin, awesome customer service, what more could you ask for?! Reservation # 321341
