The perfect place for your perfect beach vacation! This Mission Beach charmer is just 3 doors down from Mission Bay and just a minute's walk to the ocean, Belmont Park and the famous Big Dipper Roller Coaster, as well as many restaurants/activities. The location couldn't be more central!
Great for a family of 4 or two couples. The large patio allows for a great place to relax or have a BBQ! And the one-car garage is a commodity in Mission Beach. With hardwood floors, lots of light in the living room, a flat screen TV, fully stocked kitchen, free wi-fi, and all the beach equipment you will need (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach towels), this is a great place to spend your next vacation. Just bring your flip flops and sunscreen!
We have beach cruisers, a 2 person kayak and paddle boards available for a nominal rental fee, ready for your use when you arrive. Each unit has exclusive use of their own side of the patio with patio table and 4 chairs. Black out curtains in the bedroom are a plus for sleeping in or snoozing after a fun day in the sun.
And if you have a baby, we offer free use of our pack and play, umbrella stroller and portable high chair!

Property was great! The host was very responsive and provided a cute welcome sign as well as snacks for the kids. The extra beach toys and chairs in the garage was a bonus too. Garage parking was a little tough to get into because of the trash cans lining the alley. Once we moved the cans to the side, we were able to pull our 3 seat SUV in without issues. Overall we had a great time.

We had a wonderful stay in central Mission Beach. The cottage is walking distance to everything and right in the center of the action. Very clean, easy communication, air conditioned, great price. As described, garage is very tight but super easy to walk from the large parking lot across the street if you don't want to take the time to squeeze in and out. Would absolutely stay here again the next time we visit.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!!
Within 5 miles or 15 minutes of most attractions.
Parking is limited and difficult.
Street parking limited and more remote.
Off-street parking inside the garage is difficult - Narrow alley-way must be clear and vehicle must be backed into the smaller, narrow garage. (Compact SUV, Toyota RAV4, difficult)
