Property was exactly as described. My family had a great time and will consider staying again next time we come back to Broken Bow. Location was great close enough to everything but still seemed to be secluded

We absolutely loved the Rowdy beaver. The fire pit and hot tub were great. The bedrooms were very comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with all the utensils needed. It was beautifully and tastefully decorated and perfectly placed off the beaten path. Give it 5 stars!
