Helpful staff sent lots of useful information before the stay. Room was cute and cozy with a well equipped kitchenette. Loved the shower products. Easy parking

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, both of which are really important. The location within Bloomfield was excellent (a short walk to stores and restaurants on main street), and there was plenty of free parking. There were also some areas outside with Muskoka chairs, which was nice.
The hotel is very basic with small rooms and low end fixtures and furniture, and our window didn't have a screen so it wasn't possible to have the window open. The building we were in was not very sound-proof so ear plugs were necessary to not hear others coming in or going out. I expected better for the price charged.
